Therapist

     Jenna graduated from Bridgewater State University with a BS in psychology. Recently she completed the Mental Health Counseling Dual License MEd program also at Bridgewater State University. She has her School Adjustment Counselor License and is working towards her License to Mental Health Counsel. Jenna enjoys hiking, traveling, physical activities (i.e. yoga, Pilates, weight lifting) and listening to music and podcasts. 

 

     Jenna has spent the past 8 years

working with children, teens and adults in a variety of treatment settings. She has worked in k-12 schools, acute treatment, and outpatient settings. As a counselor, Jenna strives to create a safe and comfortable environment where individuals can feel understood, accepted and free to explore whatever feelings and situations they are experiencing. 

 

     Jenna’s preferred treatment strategies include Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Strategies. Jenna strives to always be non-judgmental and help her clients feel understood and accepted. She believes that all individuals are capable of change and enjoys empowering, supporting, and guiding clients along the way.
